摘　　要：便秘是临床常见的症状 ,包括便次太少 ,或排便不畅、费力、粪便干结且量少等。系统诊断很重要。病史采集和常规检查能初步鉴别器质性便秘和功能性便秘。肛门直肠测压和全胃肠通过时间等特殊的检查 。Constipation is a symptom and not merely a dis ea se.The patients may present with a variety of symptoms as follows:a decreased fr equency of bowel movements,feeling of incomplete evacuation,excessive straining, passage of hard and little stools.It is necessary to do a overall investigation, including history,physical examination and laboratory testing to identify second ary causes of constipation.Anorectal manometry,gastrointestinal transit test and so on are the most useful method to differentiate constipation subtypes.
