摘　　要：研究了交换法合成的GaP纳米棒的形成过程和形成以后自组装成微米棒的过程 。The growth process and self assembly phenomenon of GaP nanocrystals prepared by metathesis method were studied. The InP nanocrystals synthesized using element reaction moved clearly at the electron beam, which was observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
