摘　　要：目的　评价ROOTZX全自动根管长度测定仪测定根管长度的准确性。方法　选择需进行根管治疗者 178人 2 17个牙 494个根管 ,随机分为两组。实验组采用ROOTZX全自动根管长度测定仪测定根管工作长度 ,对照组采用手感法估计根管工作长度 ,充填根管后拍X线牙片了解其准确性。结果　实验组充填成功率明显高于对照组 ( p <0 .0 5 )。Objective To evaluate the accuracy of the fully automatic root canal measuring device (ROOT ZX). Methods 494 canals of 178 patients with 217 teeth were divided into two groups. The experimental group was measured by ROOT ZX. The control group was estimated manually. The accuracy was evaluated by radiological observation. Results The successful ratio of root canal therapy of experimental group was obviously higher than other group( p < 0.05 ). Conclusion The ROOT ZX is more accurate in root canam length measuring.
