平阳霉素对颊囊癌金黄地鼠肺毒性的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨平阳霉素对颊囊癌金黄地鼠肺组织的毒副作用。方法　将 75只金黄地鼠用 5 %DM BA涂擦颊囊诱发颊囊癌后分别用 0 .2mg/kg、0 .4mg/kg和 0 .5mg/kg三种剂量的平阳霉素行腹腔注射 ;对照组每日灌服消炎痛拮抗。结果　随平阳霉素用量的增加 ,金黄地鼠肺炎样变及肺纤维化呈上升趋势 ;消炎痛具有良好的拮抗作用 ,可对抗平阳霉素的肺毒性。结论　平阳霉素用量较大时 (超过 0 .4mg/kg)可出现肺炎样变及肺纤维化 ,如果同时使用消炎痛 ,则可有效地抑制肺纤维化的发生。Objective To investigate the toxic effect of Bleomycin A5 on golden hamster's pulmonary tissue which carried buccal pouch carcinoma . Methods The buccal pouches of 75 golden hamsters were applied with 5% DMBA and till carcinoma grown , then these animals were injected through belly with three different doses of Bleomycin A5 individually , they are 0.2 mg/kg、0.4 mg/kg and 0.5 mg/kg . The animals of control group were only fed with indomethcin . Results With the dose of Bleomycin A5 increased , the rising trend of pneumonitis and pulmonary fibrosis of golden hamster were taken on , that indicate indomethcin has a good inhibiting effect , the pulmonary toxic of Bleomycin A5 can be inhibited effectively . Conclusion When the dose of Bleomycin A5 exceed 0.4mg/kg , the pneumonitis and pulmonary fibrosis will happen , if indomethcin were used at the same time those lesions can be prevented effectively .
