摘　　要：目的　通过细胞免疫荧光技术 ,了解该病的发病机制。方法　采用单克隆抗体进行细胞学检查 ,按照T淋巴细胞表面Ig的F细胞受体来区分其亚群。结果　结果表明B细胞活性增高而T细胞下降 ,免疫调节T细胞中的T4和T8间微弱的平衡被打破。结论　舍格林综合征的发病机制在于自身免疫失调 ,其原因可能是由于T8的缺损 。Objective toKnowwellpathologicmechanismandimmuneallergicreactionofsjogren ,syndromewith immunecellphotoelectricityscope .Method Thesubpopulationsofimmunecellsweredistinguishedwithmonoclonalan tibodiesaccordingtothesurfaceantigenofthymuslymphocyte .Result BcellsinhibitedTcellls ,fallforitsactivitiesrise , andthebalancebetweenT4andT8isbroken .ConclusionItdemonstratedthatsjogren’ssyndromeisinvasionmechanism hasselfimmunestate .ThedefectionofT8breaktheimmunebalance .
