摘  要:香菇是一种驰名国内外的名贵食用真菌,也是我国传统的出口商品,已成为国内、外市场的抢手货。人工栽培的香菇从香菇采收、烘烤、验质、包装及烘干设备的使用与保养等方面作了介绍,以求使香菇达到优质、成为一个适应市场竞争、走出国门的高档产品。Xianggu mushroom is a rare edible mushroom with a popularity in home and overseas, and also is the traditional exported merchandise of our country. It already becomes the better sell goods on the home and foreign markets. the Xianggu mushroom of artifical cultivating in picking, baking, examining quality, packing and the using of drying instrument, and maintaining are introduced. Moreover, it makes the Xianggu mushroom have a good quality and become a high-grade goods which adapt market competition and can go abroad.
