摘　　要：目的:探讨肿瘤病人医源性皮肤损伤的治疗方法.方法:对1999年8月～2002年2月,采用湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗的12例病例进行回顾性总结,主要分析指标为损伤原因,原发病,病变范围,愈合时间等.结果:Ⅱ、Ⅲ度创面一般在12天～28天愈合,个别病例40天后愈合或植皮治愈.结论:肿瘤病人放射性或化学治疗造成的损伤传统疗法愈合缓慢,MEBO不仪有良好的止痛作用,同时可加速创面愈合.Objective: To find a method for treating iatrogenic skin lesion of tumor patients. Method: Aretrospective summary of the treatment of 12 cases of this disease using MEBO. The analysis focused on the cause of skinlesion, primary disease, pathogenic changes, healing time, etc. Results: Second and third degree wounds generally healedin 12 to 28 days. Some cases healed in 40 days or after skin grafting. Conclusion: Lesions caused by radiation orchemotherapy are always difficult to heal, MEBO can promote wound healing and has good analgesic effect.
