摘　　要：高等体育院校在整个社会主义体育体系中以独立法人的身份参与到纷繁复杂的国际体育活动中,必然要求高等体育院校做出决策并积极组建决策层组织。体育国际化对体育院校提出了很高的要求:管理要自主化,独立地享有体育权利,承担体育义务;在办学上、经济上相对独立,才能完成社会所赋予的培养国际体育专业人才的任务。国际化是体育院校适应世界发展变化、适应全球化的结果,对世界各国的体育与社会发展都有一定的促进作用。The participation in the international sport activities of institutes of P.E. as body corporate in the international sports system requires the institutes to make decision and organize decision making organizations. Sport internationalization puts high requirements on the P.E. institutes with independent management, bearing sport responsibility and sharing its rights. Institutes of P.E. are economically independent, so it can finish the task of nurturing international sports talents. Not only could internationalization of institutes of P.E. make themselves more adapt to the world development and globalization but also promote sport and society around the world.
