摘　　要：在曲面的加工精度检验中 ,设计工件曲面的表面法矢量和刀具扫描体的求交算法是个难点。本文借鉴光线跟踪算法的思想 ,结合刀具扫描体的特点 ,提出了一个扫描体 NURBS曲面细分的新算法 。In 5 axis machining accuracy verification of sculptured surface, the intersection of normal vector on meshes of designed part with the tool swept volume is a difficult point. In this paper, we present a new algorithm of NURBS curved surface subdivision. Such an algorithm is based on ray tracing algorithm, and the properties of tool swept volume is also taken into account. Finally, the data structure of tool swept volume is described in details.
