摘　　要：自1901年Ishimata从家蚕(Bambyx mori)中分离出第1株苏云金芽胞杆菌淬倒亚种(Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. sotto)以来,对苏云金芽胞杆菌研究已有百年的历史.现在国际上确认的苏云金芽胞杆菌菌株已有69个血清型[6],近40 000株.This paper reviews bioactive components of Bacillus tharingiensis and discusses their prospect application in agriculture and environmental protection. Since the first active factor, insecticidal crystal protein, was discovered, a variety of active components have been isolated and discerned continuously, which directly or indirectly promotes the insecticidal ability of Bacillus thuringiensis strain. They are chitinase, immune inhibitor A, enterotoxin, phosphlipase C, thuringiensin, hemolysin, spore, accessory protein, Zwitternicin A, autoinducer inhibitor and vegetative insecticidal protein, respetively.
