摘 要:硫酸镍与乙酸镍的混合晶体经研磨成 2 μm的颗粒后 ,压制成直径为 10mm的薄片作为靶材 ,以TEACO2 激光辐照 ,得到粒度为 10至 2 0nm的NiSO4/Ni(Ac) 2 纳米粒子 ,其中含少量Ni2 O3 。气体产物为水和乙酸。激光功率密度为 10 8W .cm-2 量级。讨论了激光作用的机理。TEA CO 2 laser beam was used to irradiate the mixed crystal of NiSO 4 and Ni(Ac) 2 , which had been grained into powders of 2μm size and then pressed into pieces of 10 mm diameter as target material. Nanoparticles of NiSO 4/Ni(Ac) 2 , containing a little Ni 2O 3 , were prepared. The size of which was 10 to 20 nm. And the gas products were H 2O and CH 3COOH. The laser power density was of 10 8 W.cm - 2 order of magnitude. The mechanism of laser action is discussed. A method of laser ablation for preparing nanoparticles, the chemical composition of which is as similar to that of the target material as possible, is being offered.
