摘　　要：加强对知识产权的刑事司法保护是我国融入世界经济循环的客观需要。从我国知识产权刑事司法保护的现状来看,有关方面在此问题上需要切实更新观念,提高认识,并采取以下措施:1.加大知识产权刑事立法、司法力度;2.加强知识产权信息管理;3.建立健全知识产权的鉴定制度;4.公安机关在办理知识产权案件过程中应积极开辟案源,广泛收集有关会计资料。protecting the intellectual property,we should take measures the following: reinforce criminal legislation or justice power of intellectual property,strengthen information management of intellectual property; establish the identify system of intellectual property; adopt vigorous measures and collect the concerned accounting material by the public security organ.
