摘 要:利用D-MS摩擦试验机研究了碳纤维含量对改性酚醛摩阻材料摩擦磨损性能的影响。碳纤维含量对摩阻材料的摩擦磨损性能影响显著,摩阻材料的摩擦系数和磨损率随碳纤维含量的增加而减小,提出改性酚醛摩阻材料中碳纤维含量不宜超过5%。扫描电镜分析表明,材料的摩擦磨损机理与碳纤维含量密切相关。The influence of the carbon fiber content on the friction and wear behavior of the modified phenolic friction materials was studied using a D - MS wear tester. The experimental results showed that the friction and wear properties of the materials were significantly affected by the carbon fiber content. The friction coefficient and wear rate of the materials decrease with the increase of the carbon fiber content. The carbon fiber content of the friction materials should not surpass 5%. SEM was used to analyze the friction surface, it was showed that the wear mechanism of the friction materials was closely related with the carbon fiber content.
