摘 要:目的 在鼻咽癌的放疗过程中,涎腺组织常被包含在放疗野中,因此涎腺的放射损伤极为常见。本研究通过对鼻咽癌患者放疗前后唾液中生化成分的检测、比较,探讨放疗对鼻咽癌患者唾液中生化成分的影响。方法 2000年4月~2001年3月接受单纯根治放疗的鼻咽癌患者45例,分别以酶-底物比色法和放射免疫法测定其放疗前和放疗60 Cy后唾液中淀粉酶、溶菌酶和IgA、IgG、IgE等生化指标的值。结果 IgA在放疗前后的变化差异无显著性(P=0.427)。淀粉酶在放疗60 Gy后有显著下降(P=0.012)。IgE、IgG和溶菌酶在放疗后均显著上升(P=0.001,P=0.000,P=0.000)。结论 放疗后唾液的浓缩影响了放射损伤导致的唾液生化成分浓度的变化。Objective When patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma are irradiated,salivary gland is usually involved in the field, thus various radiation damages of salivary gland and subsequent alterations are common. This study was designed to investigate the influence of radiation therapy on salivary biochemical marker of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods From April 2000 to March 2001,45 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma received radical radiotherapys. Amylase, lysozyme and IgA, IgG, IgE of these patients were measured with enzyme-substrate chromatometric and radioimmunological methods before and after 60 Gy radiation therapy.Results For IgA,there was no significant difference before and after radiation therapy,while amylase decreased strikingly after irradiation(P=0.012)and IgE, IgG lysozyme rose highly after irradiation ( P = 0.0010, P = 0000, P = 000). Conclusion Concentrations of salivary biochemical markers are influenced by concentrated saliva, which is caused by irradiation.
