摘 要:目的 探讨黏附分子E-cad(epithelial cadherin)的作用及其表达与口腔颌面部鳞癌分化和转移的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学ISAB染色技术,对54例口腔颌面部鳞癌和15例口腔颌面部非癌组织进行E-cad表达的检测。结果 经统计学处理,癌症组(50.00%)E-cad阳性率低于非癌组(86.67%),差异有显著性(P<0.05);中、低分化组(33.33%)E-cad阳性率低于高分化组(63.33%),差异有显著性(P<0.05);有淋巴结癌转移的鳞癌原发灶与无淋巴结癌转移的原发灶组织比较,有转移组(21.43%)E-cad阳性率低于无转移组(60.00%),差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 黏附分子E-cad的低表达与口腔颌面部鳞癌的侵袭、转移关系密切。Objective To investigate the role of expression of E-cad and its relationship with histopatho-logical grade and lymph node metastasis in oral and maxillofacial squamous cell carcinoma(SCC) .Methods Im-munohistochemical method (LSAB) was used to examine E-cad expression in 54 oral and maxillofacial SCC and 15 non-cancerous tissues of these regions. Results E-cad expression was positive in 50. 00% of SCC versus in 86.67 % of non-cancerous tissues( P < 0.05). Abnormal expression of E-cad was significantly correlated with grade (P < 0.05) : 33.33% in grade II and grade III SCC showed positive E-cad expression compared with 63.33% in grade I SCC. The oral and maxillofacial SCC with low positive rate of E-cad expression(21.43%) metastasized to lymph nodes (P < 0.05). Conclusion Decreased E-cad expression in oral and maxillofacial squamous cell car-cionma is significantly correlated with both histopathological grade and lymph nodes metastasis of SCC.
