摘　　要：目的　采用脑健冲剂治疗AD ,观察脑健冲剂对AD大鼠海马区Aβ沉积的影响。 方法　本实验采用D -半乳糖拟衰老 ,Aβ损害联合所致AD模型 ,用脑健冲剂治疗。 结果　脑健冲剂可减少海马Aβ沉积的水平。Objective we use the naojian inhalant to treat AD and study its effect on Aβ of AD rat.Methods The experiment used the aged D-semilactose emergency and the Aβ as model animals,and used naojian inhalant to treat AD.Results Naojian inhalant can reduce the accumulation of Aβ.Conclusions Naojian inhalant has an important role in treating AD.
