摘　　要：说明了 SST公司新一代 Super Flash型存储器 39SF0 2 0的性能结构、接口特征、读写程序以及使用中的注意事项。结合实际应用 ,简述其在和 80 C196 KC单片机构成断路器监测系统中的连接关系。Introduce the characteristic of the new Super Flash memory 39SF020 of the SST,Inc .The I/O interface character, read/write program and some notice in use are also included. Combining with the practical application, the writer briefly describe the connection between the 39SF020 and the 80C196KC MCU when integrated into a circuit breaker monitoring system.
