奥氮平与氯丙嗪治疗精神分裂症比较研究

摘　　要：目的　评价奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效与安全性。方法　对 80例精神分裂症患者随机分成两组 ,分别给予奥氮平与氯丙嗪治疗 8周 ,采用PANSS评价临床疗效 ,TESS评价不良反应。结果　奥氮平组治疗前后PANSS减分率为 4 2 .4 % ,有效率为 82 .5 % ;氯丙嗪组治疗前后PANSS减分率为 37.5 % ,有效率为 70 %。奥氮平组未见严重的药物不良反应 ,安全性好。结论　奥氮平治疗精神分裂症有效性好、安全性高。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods 80 patients with schizophrenia were assigned into olanzapine group and chlorpromazine group for 8 weeks.PANSS and TESS scales were used to measure the efficacy and safety.Results The effective rates of olanzapine and chlorpromazine were 82.5% and 70.0%respectively.The reduction rates of PANSS total score in olanzapine and chlorpromazine were 42.4% and 37.5% respectively.There were significant differences in effective rate and reduction rate between two groups.No severe side effect was found in olanzapine group.Conclusion Olanzapion was effective,safe and feasible to treat schizophrenia.
