摘　　要：对第五版医学微生物学、传染病学、内科学、外科学、儿科学和妇产科学教材作调研,了解微生物学知识点在临床学科的分布,优化微生物学教学内容结构,并对微生物学的教学改革提出了相应对策.Through studying the textbook of Medical Microbiology, Infection Diseases, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Gynecology and Surgery (5th edition), the distribution of Microbiology knowledge in clinical subjects was learned. The result helps us to organize the teaching contents of Microbiology and the strategy of teaching reform is discussed.
