高血压病患者牙科治疗时异舒吉喷吸的快速降压效果观察

摘　　要：目的 观察高血压病患者在拔牙或开髓治疗中异舒吉口内喷雾吸入的快速降压效果。方法 对68例高血压病患者在牙科治疗中,用异舒吉喷吸降低血压。年龄、性别相当,未用药物而单纯休息的68例高血压病患者做对照。结果 高血压组收缩压平均降低15.58mmHg,统计学有显著性差异,顺利完成治疗率明显高于对照组。结论 对高血压病患者在牙科手术中用异舒吉喷吸降低血压,有明显的快速降压效果。Objective To observe the rapid blood pressure decrease by Yi Shu Ji - sprayer when extracting teeth or opening pulp chamber on patients with hypertension. Methods Yi Shu Ji - sprayer was used on patients with hypertension while their teeth being treated. Results A total of 68 patients were included in this study. The results showed that average decrease of contract blood pressure was 15.5mmHg by Shu Ji - sprayer, which was statistically significant. The successful fininshing operations rate is higher than that of the control group, which was also statistically significant. Conclusion Yi Shu Ji - sprayer can significantly down regulate blood pressure while dental operation.
