眠尔康胶囊对小鼠睡眠的影响

摘　　要：目的　研究眠尔康胶囊对改善小鼠睡眠作用的影响。方法　将小鼠随机分为溶剂对照组、眠尔康胶囊 4 0、80、2 4 0mg·kg-1组共 4个组。通过延长戊巴比妥钠诱导的小鼠睡眠时间实验 ,观察眠尔康胶囊对戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间的延长作用 ;通过巴比妥钠阈下剂量催眠实验 ,观察给巴比妥钠 30min内各组动物睡眠发生率 ;通过巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期实验 ,观察眠尔康胶囊对巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期的影响。结果　眠尔康胶囊连续灌胃小鼠 30d ,中、高剂量组小鼠睡眠时间明显延长 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且睡眠发生率明显增加 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,睡眠潜伏期明显缩短 (P <0 .0 5 )。Aim To investigate the effect of Hang Tian Pai Mian Erkang capsules on the sleep improvement of mice.Method The mice were randomly divided into 4 groups including solvent group,Hang Tian Pai Mian Erkang Capsules 40,80,240mg·kg -1 group.With prolonged mice sleep time test which induced by pentyl barbital sodium,we studied the prolonged effect of the capsules on pentyl barbital sodium sleep time.With barbital sodium threshold dosage hypnotize tests,we studied the sleep rate of the mice after barbital sodium was administrated in 30min.With barbital sodium sleep incubation period tests, we studied the effect of the capsules on the barbital sodium sleep incubation period.Results Administrated Hang Tian Pai Mian Erkang Capsules 30d to mice through stomach, the mice sleep time of middle and high dosage group was prolonged obviously(P<0.05), mice sleep rate was increased obviously(P<0.05), and the sleep incubation period was decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Hang Tian Pai Mian Erkang Capsules can improve the mice sleep effectively.
