超声激活血卟啉对在体艾氏腹水瘤杀伤效应的研究初报

摘　　要：利用超声激活血卟啉 ,研究对在体艾氏腹水瘤癌细胞的杀伤作用 .实验分别选择不同的超声时间及取材时间 .结果表明 ,单纯超声及血卟啉加超声组对肿瘤细胞均有杀伤作用 .强度为 0 .9W /cm2 ,声照 3min ,6h取材 。The killing effect of Ehrlick ascites cells were studied with combination of Ultrasound (US) and Hematoporphyrin (HPD). The frequency of US was 2MHz and intensity was 0.9 W/cm 2 in the experiment. From the results, the most serious effects were observed 6 hours after the insonation lasting 3 minutes. The experiment proved that US combined with HPD could kill the cancer cells effectively.
