硅对动脉硬化家兔外周血白细胞凋亡及CD_(44)表达的影响

摘　　要：为探讨Na2 SiO3对动脉粥样硬化模型动物外周血白细胞凋亡和CD4 4表达的影响 ,将家兔分四组 :正常对照组、动脉硬化模型组、硅剂Ⅰ组 (造模 9周后以饮水给予Na2 SiO3(2mg kg)溶液 )、硅剂Ⅱ组 (造模同时即给予Na2 SiO3溶液 )。 17周后测血脂和血中白细胞凋亡率及CD4 4表达量 ,观察主动脉形态变化。结果发现 ,①模型组白细胞凋亡率和CD4 4表达量均显著高于正常组 (P <0 0 1) ,②服用Na2 SiO3溶液可显著降低白细胞凋亡率和CD4 4表达量 (P <0 0 1)。提示动脉粥样硬化发生时 ,伴有白细胞凋亡率和CD4 4表达量增加 ,Na2 SiO3能降低这两个指标 ,可能是Na2To investigate the effects of silicon on leukocyte apoptosis and CD 44 expression in atherosclerosis rabbits. Thirty two rabbits were divided into four groups: normal group ,model group ,siliconⅠgroup received Na 2SiO 3 after being fed with high cholesterol diet for 9 weeks, siliconⅡgroup received Na 2SiO 3 with high cholesterol diet for 9 weeks.Perpheral blood leukocyte apoptosis and CD 44 expression were examined by flow cytometry(FCM) at 17th week ,the aorta was compared among 4 groups. ①apoptosis and CD 44 expression were higher than that of control group,( P <0.01). ②apoptosis and CD 44 expression were reduced in siliconⅠand Ⅱ group ( P <0.01). The results indicated that apoptosis and CD 44 expression increased in AS rabbits and Na 2SiO 3 solution reduced the level of apoptosis and CD 44 expression and inhibited AS development.
