摘  要:提出了一种新的组合型线,由大圆弧、小圆弧和直线交替构成,称为双圆弧加直线单元组合型线,简称AAL型线,并建立了该型线的基本几何理论,推导了工作腔容积.分析结果表明:该型线与渐开线相比具有较大的有效容积比和较小的内容积比,吸气增压效果明显,使得压缩过程趋于平缓,有利于减缓气体力对主轴的冲击;设计加工也较方便,在相同的排气量下具有较小的外径尺寸.可见,采用AAL型线有助于进一步提高涡旋压缩机的性能.The overall performance of scroll mechanism is greatly influenced by the wrap profile. To improve the performance of scroll mechanism, a new type of scroll profile, composed of big circular arc, small circular arc and straightline, and named as arcarcline (AAL) combined profile , is proposed. The basic geometrical theory of the profile is established and the working chamber volume is also derived. Compared with the normal circle involute profile, the AAL profile has higher effective volume ratio, lower inner volume ratio, and gentle compression process so that the impact of the gas force on the principal axis is decresed. This new profile is smaller in size and can be designed and machined easily. Obviously the overall performance of scroll compressor with AAL profile is improved.
