摘　　要：目的 通过168例术后经病理证实为肾母细胞瘤患儿术前超声检查的回顾,研究肾母细胞瘤的超声声像图表现。方法 常规肾脏超声检查、记录。结果 ①瘤体多呈圆形(131例),直径从3.5～15.6cm。②发病于左肾82例、右肾84例、双肾2例;瘤体起源于肾上极43例、中1/3部位33例、下极63例。③瘤体内部强回声59例、等回声63例、低回声48例;分布均匀63例、分布不均匀瘤体内出现无回声区24例、出现钙化3例。结论 超声检查是肾母细胞瘤诊断及随访的首选方法。Objective To study the ultrasonography imaging features of Wilms' tumor through 168 cases in children of Wilms' tumor proved by pathology ultrasonography. Methods To check kidney usually and record. Results First, 131 ill bodies are circle and their diameters are from 3.5 to 15.6 cm. Secondly, there are 82 cases from left kidney, 84 cases from right kidney and 2 cases from the couple of kidneys; 43 cases stem from the high level of kidney, 33 cases from the middle and 63 cases from the low. Thirdly, there are 59 cases strong echo from tumor inside, 63 cases medium echo and 48 cases low level echo; 63 cases well - distributed and no - echo 24 cases no well - distributed tumor, 3 cases taken place calcification. Conclusion The ultrasound exam is the first method used by diagnosis of Wilms' tumor.
