摘  要:以氯乙烯 -醋酸乙烯酯共聚树脂为原料 ,经过醇解后与马来酸酐酯化接枝 ,得到带羧基的改性树脂。探索其原料配比、催化剂用量、反应时间及反应温度对酯化接枝反应的影响。在酯化反应的最佳条件下 :温度 1 0 0℃ ,催化剂用量为原料的 0 .8% ,原料和马来酸酐的质量比为 1∶ 1 ,得到酸值为 1 4 .39mgKOH/g的氯醋多元共聚树脂 。A series of vinyl chloride vinyl acetate terpolymer with various acid number have been synthesized by esterifing the alcoholysized vinyl chloride vinyl acetate copolymer with maleic anhydride. The influences of many factors such as the catalysts used, the reaction temperature, the reaction time and the solvent used were studied. The acid number of terpolymer is 14.39 mg KOH/g, when the reaction is undertaken in the best condition which the ratio of copolymer to maleic anhydride is 1, the content of catalyst is 0.8% and the temperature is 100 ℃. The IR of vinyl chloride vinyl acetate terpolymer were also studied.
