摘　　要：目的　总结高龄低肺功能肺癌患者的术前肺功能、手术和麻醉方式、术中和术后并发症以及术后呼吸机的应用。方法　回顾性分析和总结了 112例 70岁以上低肺功能肺癌患者的麻醉处理经验 ,并重点观察了 19例重度呼吸功能障碍及全肺切除的病人术后经呼吸机辅助通气的预后。结果　全部病例安全渡过手术麻醉难关 ,无住院死亡。结论　由于手术和麻醉技术的提高 ,术后呼吸机的应用 ,对高龄低肺功能肺癌患者可相对扩大手术适应证 ,得到手术治疗的机会。Objective To summarize the preoperative pulmonary function,operation and anesthetic program,intra-operative and postoperative complication and application of postoperative respirator in aged patients with lung cancer and lower pulmonary function.Methods To summarize the anesthetic experience of 112 over-70-year-old patients with lung cancer and lower pulmonary function,and observe the prognosis of 19 patients with severe poor pulmonary function and postoperative respirator.Results There was no one dead in early postoperative period.Conclusion With the improvement of surgical and anesthetic techniques,and application of postoperative respirator,the indication of surgical treatment could be enlarged relatively.
