摘　　要：经过多年的发展,我国农业高新技术产业化已经取得可喜的成绩,积累了一定的经验,但也存在不少问题,具体体现在企业的外部环境、自身制度、管理政策与运作机制等方面。产学研结合是科研—产品—市场—科研良性循环的一种科技经济一体化的运行模式。本文提出以产学研有机结合为突破口,促进我国农业高新技术产业化进程的运作思路。After years of development, great progress has taken place in the agricultural hi-tech industrialization. There are both experiences and problems, embodying in the outer environment, the regulation, the administration policy and operation system etc. The combination of industry, universities and research institute is a pattern of technological and economic integration in which research, product, market and research cycle properly. On the base of all-round analysis, this paper comes up with an approach to the agricultural hi-tech industrialization by means of combination of industry, universities and research institute.
