摘　　要：我国在发展社会主义的市场经济的过程中,选择德法并治的治国模式,是有其深刻基础的。本文剖析了其理论基础、人性基础、历史基础和现实基础,进而指明坚持德法并治不仅是历史的经验,也是现实的要求。In the process of developing socialist market economy,China has chosen governing the country by both law and morality as its rule pattern.It results from deep foundations.This essay gives a very penetrating analysis of the theoretical,historical,human and practical foundations of this rule pattern.Meanwhile,it affirms the idea that this rule pattern is not only the experience learnt from history,but also the request demanded by reality.
