摘 要:在常压下以水为工质,对管外及窄环隙流道池沸腾换热进行了实验与观察,研究热负荷和加热面方位对核态沸腾换热性能的影响.结果发现:竖直加热面位置对沸腾换热有显著影响,其中对于管外沸腾主要在低负荷区产生影响,而对于环隙流道则在达到临界热负荷之前一直有明显的影响.倾斜使光管沸腾换热减弱,但对环隙流道没有显著的影响.不同的数据处理方法有时会使实验结果产生差异.Experiments and visual observation were made with pool boiling heat transfer outside tube and in side narrow annulus with water as working fluid to study the effect of heat flux and surface orientation on the characteristics of pool boiling.It was found that the position of vertical heated surface has obvious effect on pool boiling heat transfer when heat flux is low for bare tube and till critical heat flux for annulus .Boiling heat transfer is reduced on inclined bare tubes and no significant change was observed in annulus.Different ways of data processing sometimes caused difference in experimental results.
