摘　　要：新版《图书馆学概论》反映了网络时代国内外图书馆学研究的最新成果。与旧版相比, 其观点更新颖,内容更充实,结构更合理,论述更科学,是一部21世纪图书馆学最佳核心课教材。The new development of library science in the world is reflected in the new edition of An In-troduction to Library Science. Comparing with the olld one, the new edition has many advantages, such as nov-el ideas, rich contents, reasonable structure and scientific narration. It is one of the best core teaching materi-als for library science in the 21st century.
