摘　　要：企业信息化是信息化的基础和核心。本文从甘肃企业信息化建设发展现状入手,分析了甘肃企业信息化建设存在的主要问题,提出了甘肃企业实施信息化建设的对策和建议,为甘肃加快企业信息化建设提供理论指导和实用策略。Enterprises Informatization is the basis and core of informatization. Based on the research of theory and development rules of the enterprises informatization, This thesis analyses the current situation and problems related to Gansu enterprises information construction, and points out the principle and suggestion of Gansu provincial enterprises information. It is also a theoretic guard and useful measure of the enterprises information. 
