口腔扁平苔藓患者红细胞免疫粘附功能初探

摘　　要：采用我国郭氏酵母菌花环法对30例口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)患者及30例健康对照者红细胞免疫粘附功能进行了初步观察,以了解红细胞是否参与了 OLP 的免疫过程。结果发现,OLP 患者红细胞 C3b受体花环率及循环免疫复合物(CIC)花环率均较健康对照组升高。说明 OLP 患者红细胞免疫粘附功能较正常人增强,推测这可能是由于 CIC 增高后红细胞免疫功能的代偿性反应。这对于防止 CIC 在局部沉积造成体液免疫性损伤具有重要意义,为 OLP 细胞介导的免疫损伤提供了又一证据。Recently,it has shown that human red blood cells(RBC)have immune function andalso binding clearing complement-fixing immune complexes.The authors studied the imm-une adherence function of RBC in 30 patients with oral lichen planus(OLP)and 30 normalcontrols.The result showed that the rate of RBC C3b receptor roseate and circulating imm-une complex roseate formation were very significantly higher in patients than controls(P<0.05).It indicated that the function of RBC immune adherence is increased.The authorsconsider this is due to compensative response of the body and proved the evidence forthe pathogenesis of cell-mediated immune response of OLP.
