摘 要:采用三维光弹应力分析技术,对不同洞底线角形式和加不同基底时银汞合金修复体内应力分布状况进行应力分析。结果表明:洞底线角形式和基底类型对银汞合金修复体内应力分布均有影响。无基底时,洞底线角圆钝应力水平低于锋锐者;加基底后与基底料弹性模量有明显关系,基底料与牙本质弹性模量相近时,洞底线角形式影响不大;二者相差较大时,洞底线角圆钝修复体内应力水平明显低于锋锐者。因此基底材弹性模量应以牙本质为标准,以使银汞合金修复体内应力分布保持在较低水平。This study was performed by means of three dimentional photoelastic stress analysis,todetermine the effect of internal line angle patterns and different base materials on the st-ress distribution in amalgam restorations.The epoxy resin model used was a facio-symm-etrical mandibular second molar,the configuration of stress distribution at base region ofrestorations were calculated by shearing difference method.It was found that modulus of elasticity of the base materials and internal line angle pa-tterns of the cavity,both have effects on stress distributions induced in amalgam restora-tions,particularly the modulus of elasticity of base material.The more it was close to theamalgam,the lower stress will induce in restoration.When the modulus of elasticity ofbase material was between dentine and amalgam,no significant difference of stress distri-bution was observed.So the modulus of elasticity of dentine should be used as the cr-iterion of selection of base material.The effect of line angle patterns was also influencedby the modulus of elasticity of base materials which should be as close to the dentine aspossible.The bigger the difference present,the more stress will induce in the sharp lineangle.So the line angles shoule be kept in round pattern.
