光固化复合树脂金属联合冠对牙周组织健康影响的实验研究

摘　　要：将18件光固化复合树脂金属联合冠粘固在4支狗的一侧牙上,动态观察修复体表面菌斑的附着情况及牙周组织的反应。结果为戴用修复体3月后,实验组的菌斑指数、牙龈指数均高于对照组。组织学检查也显示实验组的炎症反应较明显,但实验组的牙龈组织中未发现异物反应。Light-activated microfilled crown and bridge composite is a relatively new productof microfilled resins which has been developed as an alternative to dental porcelainand for use in fixed prosthodontic veneering apllications.Earlier studies about gingi-val response to composite restorations mainly dealed with fillings.No studies havebeen found in which the gingival reaction around this types of Resin-Veneered crow-ns has been taken into recorded.The aim of this study was(1)to compare plaqueretention on resin surface with enamel surface;(2)to measure gingival conditionsaround Resin-Veneered crowns.Gingival crevice depths,plaque index and gingivalindex scores were recorded monthly.After three monthes,tissue sections of therestored and control teeth were examined with a light microscope.The results show-ed that(1)after 3-month's experiment,significant differences in plaque indexscores were found between composite surfaces and enamel surfaces;(2)at theend of the study,the histologic observation and the gingival index showed moregingivitis for the restored teeth than for the control teeth;(3)No foreign bodyresponse was found in all experimental group gingival tissue.
