脑卒中发病与死亡趋向分析(吉林省监测区1984—1989年度)

摘　　要：吉林省从1984年～1989年监测人群共计3696377人。平均每年监测人群数为616663人。共死亡15152人,总死亡率为410/10万,(标化率367/10万)。其中脑卒中共发生5087例。总发病率为138/10万(标化发病率为119/10万),共死亡3362例,总死亡率为91/10万(标化死亡率为81/10万),总病死率为66％。脑卒中的总发病率,男性为175/10万(3324例),女性为98/10万(1763例),男女之比为1.9:1,男性发病率显著高于女性。脑卒中总死亡率男性为111/10万(2116例),女性为69/10万(1246例),脑卒中死亡男女之比为1.7:1,男性显著高于女性。脑卒中的发病率、死亡率随年龄的增加而升高,由于开展脑卒中的防治,其病死率有所降低。It is reported in this article that accordiog to the MONICA program formulated by WHO, the monitoring area of Jilin province has conducted a prospective investigation on the epidemiology of cardiovascular biseases, chiefly monitoring stroke. The population monitored totally amounted to 3696377 persons, averaging 616663 each year. The total deaths were 15152 with a total specific mortality of 410×10^(-5) (standardized rate 367×10^(-5)). Out of them there were totally 5087 cases of stroke with a total specific morbidity of 138×10^(-5) (standardized morbidity 119×10^(-5)), a total deaths of 3362 cases, total specific mortality of 91×10^(-5) (standardized mortality 81×10^(-5)), and a total mrtality of the patients, 66％. The total specific morbidity of stroke was 175×10^(-5) in male (3324 cases), 98×10^(-5) in female(1763 cases)with a male: female ratio of 1.9: 1, a markedly higher specific morbidity of male than female. The total specific mortality of stroke was 111×10^(-5) in male(2116 cases), 69×10^(-5) in female(1246 cases) with male: female ratio of 1.7: 1 for the deaths from stroke, markedly higher in male than female. The specific morbidity and mortality of stroke rose with an increase in age. The mortality of the patients has been somewhat decreased as a result of developing prevention and treatment for stroke.
