家兔面神经钳压伤后修复过程的初步观察

摘　　要：本文对14只新西兰家兔面神经(FN)颞外段钳压伤后,从睑裂恢复及神经兴奋性试验(NET)及病组织学观察修复情况。钳压伤后即刻行鞘膜切开组,神经兴奋性平均5天后消失,不行鞘膜切开组,兴奋性4天后消失,两者结睑裂恢复及病理学观察,无显著差异。我们认为FN颞外段钳压伤可以不行鞘膜切开,仍可很快恢复。A preliminary observation was made on the recovery of the palpebral fissure and nerve excitability test (NET), and in combination with the histological changes of the extratemporal portion of the facial nerve from clamp injury following repair in 14 New Zealand rabbits. The NET of the factal nerve in the clamp group (group 1) disappeared in 4 days and clamp combined with a slit made on the sheath (group 2)tn 5 days. There was no significant difference basing on the changes of NET combined with the recovery of the palpebral sissure and the histological changes. It was concluded that clamp injury of the extratemporal portion of the facial nerve could recover very rapidlyeven without making a silt on the sheath.
