吉林省部分汉、朝族脑卒中发病及死亡对比分析

摘　　要：本文报告了1986年汉、朝族脑卒中发病率及死亡率。结果表明:朝族脑卒中标化发病率、标化死亡率、病死率、脑出血死亡率均显著高于汉族(P<0.01)。朝族男性其发病率、死亡率均高于本族女性(P<0.01)Accoding to WHO-MONICA project, The incidence and mortality of cerebral stroke in Han nationality and korean in jilin province in 1986 were analysed in the article. At the age from 25 to 74 years old the Hart nationality was 272254 people. and korean 67751 people, the total samples were 340005 people. The result showed that the standardized incidence in the korean was 365/100000 and the standardized mortality 269/100000 and the crude fatality rate 70.4% and the mortality of the cerebral bleediug 207/100000 and that the standardized incidence in Hart nationality was 136/100000 and the standardized mortality 66/100000 and the crude fatality rate 52% and mortality of the cerebral bleeding 44/100000, and that the very rate in the korean was significantly higher than that in Han nationality (P<0.01) . the incidence (423/100000) and mortality (308/100000) of the male ware significantly higher than that (163/100000) and (106/100,000) of female in the korean. The results were discussed in the article.
