摘  要:采用计算机全息仿真和现场测试方法研究韶关冶炼厂塔式锌精馏炉燃烧室内温度场不均匀问题。仿真和现场测试结果显示燃烧室内温度分布不均匀 ,呈现北侧和上部温度比南侧和下部温度高的“三角形”分布 ,仿真和现场测试结果偏差小于3 5 %。温度场“三角形”分布的原因是空气和煤气流量不均衡。优化试验确定出燃烧室喷口尺寸最优组合 ,优化后燃烧室内温度分布均匀性大大提高 ,气相最高温度降低 5 1K ,塔盘外壁温度分布标准差降低 3 1 9K ,有效利用热提高 5 9% 。The uneven distribution of temperature field in the zinc fractionating tower furnace chamber at Shaoguan Smelter is investigated by the practical test and computer simulation The results show that the temperature distribution is in triangular shape, the temperature of northward and upside is higher than that of southward and underside The deviation between the results of test and simulation is less than 3 5% The unbalance of air and gas is the cause of the triangular distribution of temperature The optimal combination of the areas of the nozzle cluster is worked out by the optimization test After the optimization, the maximum temperature in the chamber is decreased by 51K, and the standard difference of temperature decreases by 31 9K, and the heat utilization is increased by 5 9%, the service life of trays and the output are increased
