摘　　要：肠道发育不良是引起消化道出血的重要原因之一。本文报告2例,经选择性腹腔动脉血管造影及内镜确诊。分别采用肠切除术及硬化剂局部治疗获缓解。文中对诊治中的有关问题作了讨论。Gastrointestinal vascular dysplasia is one of the inportant causes in gastrointestinal bleeding. Two cases with small intestinal vascular dysplasia which had been diagnosed by selective angiography and endoscopy. Were reported is this paper treatments consisted of enteroctomy and local sclerotherapy through eodoscophy respectively. The Problems related to the diagnosis and treatments were discussed finally.
