摘　　要：介绍了能安全可靠地在真空自耗电弧炉中炼钛时的高温、污染的环境下长期使用的闭锁阀的研制、阀的结构原理和实用中提高生产效率的例子。In the paper authors introduce the development, the structure and working principle and the examples of raising the production effectiveness in applications of the blocking valves which can be used for a long time and safely in the circumstances of high temperature and pollution during melting Ti in the vacuum consumable electrode arc furnace.
