摘　　要：本文简要介绍了由于采取了提高真空性能等有效措施,研制了型模加热和控温等装置以及离心铸造、压力铸造等结构,成功地使水冷铜坩埚感应炉应用于稀土材料熔铸中并批量生产出性能优良的稀土材料。In the paper, it is introduced simply that owing to take measures of raising the vacuum degree and develop the devices of heating dies and controlling their temperature and the mechanism of centrifugal casting, pressure casting and so on, the water cold copper crucible is used in melting and casting of rare earth materials succesfully and the rare earth materials of high quality are produced in bulk.
