浅析“双证并重与双证并举”对高职高专毕业生就业的影响

摘　　要：本文通过对新形势下大学生就业政策中关于“进一步完善并严格执行就业准入制度”进行浅析 ,指出这一举措对高职高专毕业生就业的保护意义 ,提出高职高专毕业生应转变就业观念 ,降低就业期望值 ,合理定位 ,把学历证书和职业资格证书并举。为毕业和就业“零距离”Explaining the new policy on the employment of graduates which requires to further improve and strictly implement the regulations on the qualifications for employment, the paper points out that the measure will protect the rights and interests of graduates from high vocational schools. Advices has been given in the paper that it is necessary for graduates to give up the traditional ideas about employment and be more realistic when looking for their job.
