摘　　要：由于生物化学工程基于机理十分复杂的生物体系,因而在理论建模、模型求解和优化上必然导致对数学的要求较高。而对这些数学问题的求解,则应利用相应的数学软件来进行。本文推荐了适合于生化工程不同层次上数学处理要求的Maple和Matlab两种数学软件,并在推广应用的基础上进一步提出开发Matlab中生化工程工具箱的构想。Because biochemical engineering is based on the biosystem, which has a very complex mechanism, it brings about relative high requirements on modeling, solving and optimizing models theoretically. To solve these problems, we should use some relevant mathematical soft wares. The article recommends Maple and Matlab, two kinds of mathematical software for different application levels in biochemical engineering . The article also put forward the scheme to develop biochemical engineering toolbox of Matlab.
