摘　　要：MATLAB是美国MathWorks公司自80年代中期推出的适用于科学和工程计算的数学软件。它优秀的数值计算能力、卓越的数据可视化能力和简洁的程序语言编写使其很快在数学软件中脱颖而出。本文通过化学计量学中的两个多元校正为例,简要介绍了MATLAB程序设计在化学计量学计算中的应用。MATLAB has proven to be a powerful and efficient tool for many scientific fields since it has been produced by America Mathworks Company 1980's. It's capability of numeric calculation, data visualization, and it's concise programming language, especially the matrix calculation make it very useful in chemometrics. This paper mainly discussed the application of MATLAB programming in multiple linear calibration. It is obvious that MATLAB programming is very simple and easy to be learned.
