摘 要:用kiycsawa的累积分布曲线法对水稻杂交组合(矮梅早3号×华矮837)的F_3种子的糊化温度的遗传进行分析。结果表明,华矮837的高糊化温度由2个位点的显性基因共同控制。且此2个基因之间存在互补关系,矮梅早3号的低糊化温度由2个隐性基因所控制。杂种后代中出现的中等糊化温度类型由2个显性基因中的一个单独决定,并受到修饰因子的影响。The gelatinization temperature of white rice kernels of F3 lines from cross Aimei-zao No. 3×Hua-ai 837 was evaluated by Little's alkali dispersal method and the mode of its inheritance analysed by Kiyosawa' s cumulative distribution curve method. The results indicate that the inheritance of gelatinization temperature is under the control of two genes. The High gelatinization temperature of variety Hua-ai 837 is controlled by two dominant genes of complementary effect while the low gelatinization temperature of variety Ai-mei-zao No. 3 is controllod by two recessive genes. The type of middle gelatinization temperature in filial generation is determined by one of two aominant genes, and affected by modifying factors.
