漆酶产生菌初筛条件的优化研究

摘　　要：运用不同底物,不同浓度,不同基础培养基进行了漆酶产生菌初筛条件的优化,找到了愈创木酚、邻联甲苯胺、联苯胺三种较好的底物,及其他们的最适使用浓度和最佳观察时间。Different substrates, different concentrations and basic mediums were first used to select the best growth condition of laccase produced fungus. O-methoxyphenol, O-tolidine and benzidine were round to be the better substrates. Their optimum concentration and time for observation were recorded.
