摘　　要：在现代信息社会里,公民知情权日益受到重视。通过对公民知情权宪法化进程的分析和其宪法基础的考察,可以看出确立公民知情权的宪法地位,创立一系列法律制度予以保障是符合知情权发展的时代趋势的。这对公民基本权利的丰富和发展、我国人权的建设都有重要的现实意义。In the modern informational society,citizen have attached importance t o right to know .According to the study on the constitutional pr ogress of right to know and it s basis o f constitution,We can know that it is in line with the trend to estab lish series of systems of law to protect th e right to know of citizen,(which is established as a basic right of cit izen is unavoidable in the future)It is beneficial to develop and enric h basic rights of citizen and human rig ht in Ch ina.
