奶牛碳水化合物营养的研究进展

摘　　要：碳水化合物是奶牛的重要营养物质 ,是奶牛能量和脂肪贮备的主要原料。本文主要参考国内外研究成果 ,系统论述了碳水化合物谷物类淀粉饲料的营养、乳牛饲料的物理特性、NDF与CF、PeNDF及其饲喂量 ,以期引起关注并推动我国对碳水化合物营养的深入研究。Carbohydrates are very important nutrients for dairy cow.It's also the main materials for the store age energy and fat.Systematically discusses on the nutrition of grain starchy feed,the physical characteristics of calf feed,NDF and CF,PeNDF and its feeding amount were introduced based on the reference both domestic and overseas.The purpose is to evoke people pay more attention to this and promote further research on carbohydrates nutrition in China.
