摘　　要：目的:对硫酸镁注射液进行细菌内毒素检查研究,建立检测硫酸镁注射液中内毒素试验方法。方法:采用《中国药典》2000年版附录细菌内毒素检查法。结果:硫酸镁注射液用TAL试剂检测无干扰因素的影响。结论:用细菌内毒素检查法检查硫酸镁注射液中内毒素是可行的。Objective: Application of the Bacterial Endotoxins Test to Magnesium Sulfate Injection. Methods: According to the Bacterial Endotoxins Test and eliminated interfere factors approved by Chinese pharmacopoeia 2000 edition. Results :endotoxin added to Magnesium Sulfate Injection was recovered in a quantitative manner showing neither inhibition nor enhancement. Conclusion:These results suggest that the Bacterial Endotoxins Test is suitable for the detection of endotoxin in Magnesium Sulfate Injection.
